You know, when I order a bagle BELT I expect to get the BELT. But when I lm getting just the BE and no LT, there's a problem. The staff don't seem to care about the orders as they basically just shoved the food out the window (this wasn't a busy time). I can't say the service I received and the lack of the order I paid for is an example of what Tim Hortons should represent. I hope they train their staff to actually give the order someone paid for.
