Not the best location, coffee tasted burnt. Employees unfriendly, foreign language can be heard at drive thru window.
The experience was disappointing from start to finish. I ordered a maple dip donut and a Ryan’s Signature donut through drive-thru. At the window, staff accidentally tried reading me someone else’s order first, which mistakes happen, so I didn’t make an issue out of it. Then I was told after the fact that there were no maple dip donuts available, so I substituted with another Ryan’s Signature donut. Had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Preet! She was very friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and perfect. Went in at 10 pm for smile cookies and they both had missing eyes with nonexistent icing. The kids were so upset.
