Staff behavioir has not changed. Was literally verbally assaulted with my 7 year old child in the car tonight by the man working there. As a single mom with a young child in my car I contemplated police involvement i literally felt threatened by this man. I will be getting in contact with the owner of the plaza and the tim hortons. Also contacting head office and possibly making a police report not sure how the owner allows employees to be so vulgar and inappropriate. You have cameras. This is one of my favourite locations. My mobile orders are always ready for pick up. The staff are friendly and accommodating and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure they get your order perfect. Skyla, Anne Marie and the team are the best in the business!
