I have lived in this area before this location opened and have seen the service decline drastically in the last year. New staff does not make coffee orders correctly nor give the correct items ordered (croissants, muffins). It’s not like they have to do anything other than take them off the shelf and put them in a bag. I am at the point of not using this location any longer because of the high frequency of errors.
I went there for a coffee and a bagel. I scanned my phone for a free coffee paid in the drive-through and when I left I noticed I was charged for the coffee. I went back inside and was told “the scanner acts up sometimes, try again next time.” Awful service. Awful Tim Hortons. I would not recommend going here.
This place is so dirty, staff is horrible i see fly eggs on the muffins and when i tell staff about it they don’t even care the floor is always disgusting, im surprised it isn’t infested with cockroaches, Never go here unless you want to eat fly eggs for lunch
