I have for over a month visited the 2 Tim Horton's location at Waterdown Rd (essostation) and the one across the street on Plains. Very disappointed. They advertise protein lattes. They both have not been able to filll the order. Either the machine is down or no protein milk. I visit several times a week. Can you tell me what is their problem. I hear Starbucks picked up on the protein lattes now. I am sure they will fill the order and be more organized. Take down the menu that advertises it if you don't have it.
I came through the drive through to get a loaded sausage wrap and a coffee. What I got was a soggy egg and hash brown wrap with no sausage and a coffee. I would like someone to contact me so I can get a refund. I ordered through the app so there should be a record of the transaction this morning. I would email the store but the email on their site leads to nowhere 😮💨
