So just wanna make a concern for anyone getting Tim Hortons just look at this picture with all the cross contamination happing there, She is making my bagel with all that stuff there, they are horrible at customer service and making people wait for their orders fairly long don’t recommend this place. Well I do know that I will be going to Tim Hortons on Brant st which is close by. Hopefully they can help their staff to communicate better and serve their customers right.

Listening to the question that is actually asked by a customer is the first responsibility of customer service. The second is don't interrupt the customer when they are speaking. Please train your staff better.
I really like the customer service by Akash. He has welcoming personality always with smile, suggestive selling, focus on customer satisfaction, and great communication skills. I appreciate his way of working at Tim Hortons. Highly recommended
