The service at Tim Hortons was very slow. The staff seemed unorganized, and I had to wait a long time even though it wasn’t very busy.
Both employees were on their phones, only one was serving the line, and half the time she wasn't even serving the line, instead processing online orders. Waited 10 minutes with 6 people in front of me and had to give up because my train was arriving. Wasn't just me; the line had an extra 4 people before me that also gave up.
I love the service, food and Atmosphere of this place, will come back soon and recommend this to others
Wasted 6 bucks on an iced latte because the person at the counter couldnt bother to speak clearly enough. This place used to be decent. But the prices arent worth the screw up. Some guy running around looking like hes lost and cant focus on one task at a time, slowing things down. Ive never in my life seen such a slide in quality.
