Bought a small tea this morning but they put sugar in it by mistake. I took it back full to get a new one. Asked if they could remake it. After talking to two employees, the manager said you bought it more than 2 hours ago. I said, so, this is Tim Hortons. Manager said, I know. Then I asked about customer service.
