I have come to this drive through every day since its close to my work. Theres a lady who is really rude, i just ordered and asked for no egg on my wrap and she chuckled softly as if it was too much to ask. She has been rude before, yelling out to other staff infront of me when i ordered about my order. She wears glasses and is the manager i believe. So rude. dont go there if you are not close
The drive thru lady who works in the mornings (pretty sure most people know who I mean) is amazing. She’s super quick and always gets the order right. What really stands out is how genuinely sweet she is. The way she greets people at both the speaker and the window is impressive, especially with how busy it gets. She always brings such a positive vibe. Thanks so much :) In general though, if staff occasionally get the orders slightly wrong, it is no big deal. We are all human.
