Hadel deserves a special shout-out! We come to this Tim Hortons on Burloak quite often, mostly through the drive-thru, and there is one employee who absolutely stands out: Hadel. She is unbelievably fast, focused, and efficient. She can take one customer’s order, process another customer’s payment, and hand out an order, all at the same time, without losing track of anything. Great service ,friendly staff and very clean store
The lady at the drive thru was incredibly rude when I pointed out she typed my order in wrong (small order), I then had to argue with her to get my order right as she stood there and disagreed, and then she continued to refuse to give me the correct order, reiterating the fact that I didn't order the drink that I did order, rather than just saying okay and fixing the order. Very rude and I wont be back
