I regularly visit this tim Hortons, and every time I am impressed by the overall experience. the store is very clean and well maintained. the staff there are very polite and extremely helpful.

Major hygiene concern I was at here this evening to order coffee and a quencher. I wanted to add timbits, but I was disgusted to see a fly sitting on a cheese cake timbit in the display case — I’ve attached a photo. When I pointed it out to the staff member, she simply said “ok” and didn’t seem concerned or take any immediate action.
