I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 10 years, and most of the time I’ve been served by Raman Didi. Her warm, welcoming voice and genuine friendliness are the same whether it’s 5 a.m. or 10 a.m. She always makes the experience better. Great service, great people!
I visit this Tim Hortons very often and always enjoy my experience. The coffee is always fresh and tastes great. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and service is quick. A special mention to Raman didi – she always greets me with a warm smile that makes my day. Truly appreciate the consistency and positivity at this location!

Our family loves to visit Tim Hortons upper middle/walker's line location in Burlington. We have been visiting this location for over a year for Coffee/French vanilla and breakfast sandwiches. Their entire team is super awesome!! Special mention to Raman didi for her friendly and efficient service! Raman didi has also introduced us to new items at Tim's which we try from time to time.
