Horrid. Old people just GAWKING and STARING rudely, desperate for attention. I had staff trying to break the stall door down 10 minutes into a bad bathroom break while I pooped, acting like I was some drug addict shooting up in there. They also put way too much cream in their coffee. The staring and people constantly in your way is enough to drive your head through a wall during peak hours
So I love the vibe of this old school Tims. But stop sacrificing the customers in line for mobile orders. You have to figure out a proper balance. Because I've been standing here for 10 minutes (ok, maybe 6 or 7) at the head of the line while I watch people come in and get catered to for mobile orders. How frustrating. The staff is friendly and polite food is good and every time I’m in there it is clean
I get that this is an older Tim Hortons, but that doesn't mean it needs to be dirty. The service is good, the food is normal (it's Tim's), but you need to put SOME effort into keeping it clean.
