I had really bad experience there. I ordered iced coffee, orange poppin quencher and tim bits. First, i was given wrong timbits, then drink was given without whipping cream (which was supposed to be the part of quencher) . She changed the drink. Ice coffee was the worst coffee I have ever tasted at any Tim Hortons.On top of that, no straws🤦♀️ spoiled my day and wasted my money
Writing this review for the owner/management. Please pay little attention to the professionalism of the staff working there. I get it life’s hard and we all need a little time to enjoy the moment but but laughing loudly with mouth wide open in front of all the customers is not something we should be doing at the place we work. No professionalism, respect for the job.
Very unprofessional staff, u was through drive through and the lady was so rude so unprofessional ,worst Tim place in Brampton.i ordered potato wedgies and it was half the quantity. Please have a smile on staff face
Many people here are careless in the name of work. I ordered a coffee and a bagel, but they didn't bring it even after waiting for more than 10 minutes. When I went to ask, they said they forgot and acted careless.
I ordered bagel with buttet and this is what I got. The put the butter on bagel like its cream cheese. Very disappointing and wasted money
