I had an absolutely wonderful experience .I was served by Akbal, he was very friendly and customer service was excellent. He recommended the Harry Potter donut box. The donuts were so delicious and fresh and he told me they were just made. My favourite was the blue 💙 donut with the red jelly inside the donut. Akbar was so kind and the service was great, I felt like a real valued customer and he made my day (night). Thanks! I will definitely be back for that donut.

very poor coustomer service by front girl , she is poorly trained she was puching the order wrong way which was later corrected by supervior...she was arguing with me hiding her mistake . This is not the working standards of Tim Hortons.
