I want to complain about my recent Tim Hortons order. The coffee I ordered was clearly shown as available on the menu. However, when I went to pick up my order, the staff told me it was not available. If the coffee was unavailable, it should have been removed from the menu or I should have been informed earlier. It is frustrating to place an order and find out only at pickup that the item is unavailable. Please look into this issue and it happened with 2 time.

Very disappointing service- The staff clearly did not pay attention to the order I gave. I specifically asked for no tomatoes in my Farmer’s Wrap and requested onions instead, yet my wrap had four slices of tomatoes and not a single onion. I also paid an extra $1 for chipotle sauce, but the sauce was not included at all. On top of that, I had to wait at least 20 minutes, while it seemed like the staff were prioritizing drive-thru orders over customers waiting inside. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.
