This location is a filthy, understaffed Tim Hortons. They need more people in the morning! The people walking in are waiting 10 mins to 15 mins to be served. There are people sleeping in booths. Its unacceptable. Its 9am and there are 20 people in line. Why is drive through more important than humans walking into your restaurant?

Great experience at this location! The service was fast and friendly, and my order was perfectly made and fresh. A special shoutout to Hiba at the cash register—she was incredibly polite, efficient, and welcoming despite how busy it was. Excellent customer service like hers makes a huge difference. I will definitely be coming back!
