I ordered 2 vanilla iced capps and was disappointed to receive them without the whipped cream, which is supposed to be included. When I pointed this out, Sukhman, who handed us the drinks, said I only ordered regular iced capps even though I clearly ordered vanilla iced capps. She didn’t offer any solution, alternative, or apology. The service was unprofessional and the experience was frustrating. I left feeling disappointed and not valued as a customer. Definitely not planning to return.
