Absolutely ridiculous service. There are people lined up everywhere, and the wait is insanely long. Some customers are literally leaving without their orders because they’re tired of waiting. How is this acceptable? The staff needs to move faster and management seriously needs to hire more people or have more ACTIVE staff during busy hours.
