Overstaffed but undertrained! This Tim Hortons location struggles with basic service. Mobile orders are rarely ready on time, and often incorrect. Coffee tastes consistently burnt, and the flatbread pizza was a complete miss. Despite having plenty of staff, there seems to be a lack of coordination and proper training. Management really needs to step in—this store has potential but it’s not being managed effectively.
I came in drive thru and was impressed with how friendly and efficient the staff were. My coffee was fresh, and everything came out quickly. Great service even during the slower hours!
