Today I had a bad experience at this location. Let me say first the staff were being patient and trying to deal with some difficult situations so I do appreciate that, but there were multiple people in front of me who's orders were wrong and requiring being remade, another person in front of me was visibly angry about this and not helping matters. drive through staff can't get change right for customers 1.80 cents less returned, this is not hard stuff the cash register tells you how much to give, get smarter people to work there
They took more than 10 minutes just for a bagel that too when the store wasn’t busy
I have order 2 bagels with add hash browns,onions, lattice and tomatoes the give me just bagel without hash browns, the charge me also with hash browns, when am reached at home and see order its missing, its my second time , first time the give me wrong coffee on drive true .. i don't want to recommend this tim hortons , please chose other locations
Just visited this place they even don’t know how to make it and they will tell you ask us before ordering like why if i am paying and it’s in menu if you don’t know don’t add it in menu i ordered a meal they burned the potato veggies as well as they said they don’t know how to make veg wrap just a suggestion hire those people who know how to make it actually….
