Worst service staff doesnt know how to talk to customer
Great customer services and quality food
Get your customer service skills and food orders down correctly. One of the worst locations. In line with what others have mentioned, people running this location are rude and dont get orders right.. beverages like coffee are not stirred and mixed properly so everything winds up at the bottom. And the lady handling the drive-thru doesnt know how to talk properly. Her tone and demeanor is disgusting, similar to the way how they hand over foods without placing them on a bag. Napkins? Today i ordered bagel with hashbrown it was fresh and well packed. And the staff is very friendly and respective .
Has been my spot for almost 10 years. I grew up in this area and came here almost on a daily basis until today. I just wish you guys would invest in an espresso machine, it would be worth it just based off how many customers ask for espresso cold and warm drinks. I also wish you guys brought back the left side drive through so there are two separate lines and it is faster. I have to come everyday for my younger sister primarily so it would be cool if the lines were moving quicker. Overall good shop, good people and good vibe... read more
