Instead of rushing people through the drive thru line , you should take the time to make the coffee correct . This happens too often.
I order my coffee through mobile app before reaching the tim and after reach there my order was not ready after waiting 5 min more i have to ask them about my order and there response is that they did not see it and they even did not apologies for it. They are like sleepy and dont know whats going on. Improve you service or hire active staff.
Waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru with only a few cars ahead of me. Service was incredibly slow, and no sense of urgency from staff. Tim Hortons really needs to improve their speed and efficiency — this is getting frustrating. When I finally got to the window and asked a simple question, the girl there gave me attitude and just said “I don’t know,” then closed the window on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional
