I would give this place below 0 stars if I could. The customer service is extremely poor. I went into the store and stood waiting for about five minutes, and the employee didn’t acknowledge me at all, not even a glance or a nod to show she knew I was there. When I finally asked if I could be helped, she simply said, “I’m busy.” I understand that staff can get busy, but basic acknowledgment and courtesy go a long way. I ended up leaving and taking my business to Starbucks instead.

I visited this Tim Hortons at 10:00 PM, even though the store closes at 11:00 PM. I asked for a dark roast coffee and was immediately told it wasn’t available. When I politely requested that a fresh batch be brewed. Since there was still a full hour before closing, the staff member refused and started making excuses instead of offering a solution. Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a double chocolate donut with an ice capp. I bit into the donut with a ‘crunch’. The sound alone through me off because I’ve never bit into a crunchy donut. The taste was even worst. Maybe it was sitting there since the morning. I spat it out immediately because the taste was awful. I told the supervisor that I didn’t like the taste and she immediately asked if I would like something else. I said sure and requested a cookie.
