I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was friendly, quick, and welcoming. I especially want to appreciate Manpreet, who was very kind, polite, and helpful. She made my visit even better with her positive attitude and excellent customer service. It’s always nice to meet employees who genuinely care about customers. Great job, Tim Hortons! I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered a medium Triple Triple, but I was given a steeped Triple Triple instead. The order was completely wrong, and the staff did not seem to pay enough attention to what I ordered. Honestly, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected a simple order to be made correctly, but the mistake wasted my time and left me annoyed. The service felt careless and unprofessional, and I hope the staff will pay more attention to customers’ orders in the future.
Manpreet was very friendly and helpful. She provided great customer service and made my visit pleasant. Really appreciate her kind and polite service!
