Does new tea latte comes with paper mint syrup, because that was all what I can taste. I had to trow my drink in garbage. Even they forgot to handover my sandwich at drive through as well this morning. Other day I got my egg and cheese without cheese, just egg and bread.
Today, I went to this location inside the gas station. I purchased a Medium Protein Latte which is $5.10, I gave the cashier $6, two toonies and two loonies, the machine clearly said my change is $0.90. I waited for two minutes and didn’t get my change so the cashier said what i’m looking at and I mentioned I didn’t get my change back, she said I only gave her $5 and she didn’t charge me ten cents, she argued with me until I was getting late for work so I had no option but to leave and I still maintained my politeness. The staff required additional training They had a spill which wasn’t cleaned up snd neither was a wet sign posted
I was at the Tim Hortons at Cherry crest and Queen Street in Brampton and had the worst customer service experience by a female name Aman who argued with me for returning a sandwich that was poorly made. She made inappropriate comments to me. Shame on you for arguing with a customer for exercising her right to return food that was not made properly No offer made to correct the sandwich.
