I’m an international student studying in Canada, and today I had a very disappointing experience at your Tim Hortons location. I had just finished my classes and stopped by to grab a simple coffee. I was carrying my school bag, and as soon as I walked in, one of the crew members assumed I was an Uber delivery person and said, “Uber delivery guy is coming.” This assumption felt extremely disrespectful.
