I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent orders. Yesterday, I ordered a croissant toasted with butter, but unfortunately, it was completely burned and not edible. When I mentioned this, I was told such mistakes would not happen again. However, today between 12:00–12:45 pm, I ordered a steeped tea with a chai tea bag, but the chai tea bag was missing from my order. Terrible service! I ordered a croissant sandwich and it came completely burnt, black and hard. This is not food, it’s garbage. And many times when I order a Triple Triple steeped tea, they don’t even add sugar. Always careless, always wrong. Waste of money and no respect for customers!
