I recently visited that Tim Hortons location and had an excellent experience special thanks to one of the employees, Priyanka. She was exceptionally friendly, and ensured my order was perfect. Despite the busy atmosphere, she managed everything with a smile. Priyanka really went above and beyond during my visit. she kept things moving smoothly and greeted everyone warmly. They give very good service and prinyaka is very friendly. I am very happy.
While going through the drive thru, I noticed that they're still doing the same scheme they did in the past. They have people stop prior to the drive through window and then ask you to roll up when your order is complete. In the past i've been greeted with attitude and foreign language for not wanting to participate in the scheme. Sorry but I dont agree with the manipulation of the process. Place sucks.
