Horrible place and avoid it if you can. Staffs are rude and even the owner is extremely rude. Doesn't care about the customers and defends their employees. Even head office doesn't care either. I am definitely boycotting Tim Hortons and taking my business with Starbucks instead.
They took wrong orders, when i said drink was missing they said i didnt place an order, same begal they gave 2 orders as i place 2 different orders and the sandwich bread was hard as stone no good service
Horrible customer service my order was basically thrown at me asked for a toasted bagel bagel was not toasted. Not sure how difficult it is to toast a bagel after waiting almost 10 minutes and drive-through lineup still can’t get the order right.
