Recently I visited Tim Hortons,I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to one of the employees, veerpal. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even though the place was busy, she handled everything with a smile and professionalism. Thanks for the great coffee and even better service
Staff (dependent on who you get) are too impatient to let you finish your order. They get it wrong because they dont allow the customer to finish speaking before theyre trying to rush you to the window. I only get a coffee so im not taking more than 30 seconds to order. Because of this my coffee is made wrong around 40% of the time. On a different note, I went inside today, while in the washroom I noticed their cleaning list.
