Extremely poor experience at the drive-thru. The girl working in the official team dress was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Her tone was disrespectful and she clearly had no idea how to treat a customer. This is supposed to be a professional team hotel location, yet the service was the opposite of professional. Completely unacceptable and left a very bad impression.
