Susan at the tim hortons located at Mountainash and Bovaird consistently provides exceptional service. She goes above and beyond to ensure i received the correct order in a timely manner.
Great service from Susan!
Staff always worried of taking care of drive thru. No one watching the guests. I ordered at the cash through app instead. Ended up faster than the person arriving at the counter to take orders. Drive thru always has two people that come on to take order and confuses you. They never say the ' welcome to tim Hortons, can I take your order please or whatever it is now a days'. Server shopper should go in and evaluate. Never room to sit sure to people using the free wifi for hours.
Staff is very friendly and accomaditing,always have a smile on their faces. The manager is very nice and the staff seems to like and respect her...
