Loved the service. The servers and cashiers were really sweet and patient with the order
I had an unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons . I asked for a tray and while waiting at pickup, I reached for one that was available because the staff who was working at that counter clearly heard me and ignored it (supervisor, Arshdeep) she rudely snatched it from my hand and gave it to another customer without any clarification. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Staff should treat customers with basic courtesy.
Rabia was very polite , I had a wonderful experience with Rabia . She was always friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made every interaction pleasant. Every time I visit I always met her . Wonderful girl
