Hello, I’m writing to make a complaint about a drink I purchased from Tim Hortons today. I found what appears to be a broken fingernail inside my drink. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable from a food-safety and hygiene perspective. I did not expect to find a human nail in a drink purchased from your restaurant. I am beyond disgusted with this location right now, and would like one of the higher ups to reach out regarding today's experience. When I entered the establishment, the lady at the counter was serving a very particular customer, and was clearly becoming frustrated with his requests. He completed his order, and it was my turn. The asian female manager who works there is very disrespectful (she refused to give me her name). I ordered in the drive thru and used an offer from the Tim Hortons app. I asked her if the offer was applied to my total because the whole process was rushed and I wasn’t sure if the barcode was scanned. She said yes and rolled her eyes. I then used a gift card to pay, I did not know the initial balance on the gift card so I asked for a receipt.
