Such a pathetic service. Around 6:56 pm today. Date : march 22,2026. Took the order on drive thru for ice coffee. Waited on the line for 15 mins. I went to the window for my order they say they do not have ice coffee. Seriously! I asked the name of the person who took the order they denied it. That window person was literally having zero customer service. I would not recommend to go on this tim hortons where they do not respect other person time. I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I had to wait over 25 minutes just for an iced latte, which is unacceptable for a simple order. The staff member handling in-store pickup seemed extremely confused and didn’t even remember that we had placed an order. On top of that, drinks were being made on a dirty counter where coffee had been spilled, and instead of cleaning it, new cups were just placed on top of the mess.
