Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, confirmed my order was a veggie wrap — the employee even repeated it back to me — and still got a chicken wrap. I don’t eat chicken for personal reasons, so I had to go to work on an empty stomach. This isn’t a small mistake. When a customer confirms their order twice and you still get it wrong, that’s careless. Very disappointing.
Drive-thru service is way too frustrating, I waited over 20 minutes. It felt bad seeing only one employee handling orders, making them, and working the cashier, while another employee was just mopping the floor, not seeming to care about the orders. Management really needs to address this issue."
