Tim is the worst person to speak to. Brewer Toyota recommended me to speak to him but they were shocked how he disrespectfully communicated. He was on loud speaker talking angrily and hanged up. Very terrible customer service, highly not recommended, wish I could give zero stars
This office sucks they literally never answer their phone. So glad I switched from GEICO to AAA and saved over $800 on my home insurance. I will literally never come back
I called in three times. The first time I called a man answered claimed he was from GEICO and then hung up on me as I was explaining my need. Called two more times and got sent to voicemail after three or four rings.
Received a call from Tim after online quote application. Tim was courteous, professional and saved me money! I'd recommend him for sure.
