Just beware of getting railroaded by this horrible firm. When doing a cash transaction stay away from, far away if you’re smart. And don’t sign anything. I would say that they are no less than awful.

I just sold my house to Tim Hardeman and it was a great experience. I lived in Brookhaven for many years and knew it was time to move but my house needed some repairs and I hadn’t found my next home yet.
