Stefan Walsh was very patient with me and showed me a lot of grace. Everything went exactly as he said it would.Flexible timelines. We closed on time ( which was a specific date i desired) and I got exactly how much we agreed upon no surprise fees. I was super nervous and there was no need. They made everything easy as possible. Wonderful experience! I ran across them accidentally doing my due diligence checking alot of different competitors in the market and they were the only ones that were not adding additional charges for lots of "so called required fees". They were quick to return calls and walked me through anything I wasn't sure about! My buyer delayed closing by 8 days but this was their right legally which made me nervous but Leland and Stephan kept me informed by including me in the string of emails requesting the extension. I provided the closing attorney the info needed and all proceeded quickly with the sale of my home to Stefan and his team.
