From the start Tim was very realistic and forward about what to expect and how to approach the crazy housing market in the Bay Area. Tim was always readily on-hand for questions/concerns/followups/etc! We never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and Tim provided us with good tools and insight on what to look for. Tim was great to work with (surprising as many agents I've dealt with are on par with used car salesmen).
