I have had such an easy, pleasurable condo search by using Tim Gullicksen of Zephyr Realty. He came highly recommended, so it wasn't really a surprise that he was so good, but all my expectations were not only met, but exceeded and then some! I was extremely fortunate to have Tim as my real estate agent when I was searching for my first place 6 years ago.
