Tim Graham’s State Farm Insurance establishment is going through a billing transition. Of course I believe in “Trust but Verify”, so I called to have my bill explained. I was so happy to hear back from Makenzie who has been with Statefarm for years. She was very nice and patient and answered all my questions. As businesses evolve they think of different & hopefully more efficient ways to do their business.
