Tim and his team just helped sell a duplex for my partner and I in Philadelphia. They were responsive to all questions but made good use of all of our time. Towards the end of the deal, more issues than usual came up, most of these were from the buyer's side. They were able to amke the deal happen when most realtors would have given up. 5 stars for sure!
