This man is rude, condescending and verbally abusive. I would not recommend him under any circumstance for treatment, or anyone affiliated with his practice in Enid. He should not be allowed near children ever again.
Judgemental, stuck up office staff, Tim Fagan has horrible chair side manner, appears to dislike children and his hatefullness carry over to his stuck up staff. Do your child a favor, don't put them through this experience
I would absolutely NOT recommend this dentist to anyone. Long story short, during one of the procedures my five year old daughter started screaming out in pain. The dentist just looked at me as i explained, I do not think she is numb. He stated, oh she is numb, she is just reacting to the pressure As she continued to scream, he got up from his chair, told the nurse DS (deep sedation) and walked out. After she calmed down, we realized she was NOT numb. We will never go back.
Dr. Fagan does not explain things to the parents and is in too big of a rush. It is obvious that this is a money making operation only.
Very rude all around. He should not try to do orthodontics. When I had some problems with some of the staff I was not able to get ahold of the office manager and never received a call back. Was overcharged many times. Had to take daughter to board certified orthodontist to finish braces treatment. Would not release all of her files to me the first time I asked.
