I used to like going to Tim Dodge but my experiences in the past year and a half have gone done hill. Thework they do complete is satifactory but it is the attitude of management. You get only parts of communication from dignosis. It is sad that consumers pay good money for poor management
Corrected a problem that two trips to Val Ward Cadillac were unable to. 2015 SRX would pull to right,You would think a slight steering problem would be easy to correct. Val Ward couldn't fix, but Firestone's tech's did !!

Waiting on the manager Steve’s boss to call me over an issue. Steve would not stop talking long enough to listen. Steve said he did not have a boss. Steve said Firestone don’t care what he does. I will call him in again soon. I do not want to leave a negative review. Please don’t make me Steve.
These guys have been working on our two vehicles since 2011 with zero hiccups. They have saved us thousands of dollars and provided us professional service and great conversation.
