Tim Dent and his Team have been phenomenal. We first learned of Tim Dent when our neighbor had their home on the market Spring 2025. The home sold in “no time”. What I was most impressed, was the Marketing and literature we received during that time and for the year following. Tim and his team really made it happen for us! Selling the family home from out of state was a challenge in itself, but never could have been managed without Tim’s team acting as project managers for all that needed to be addressed prior to market and then through the deal to closing. They had effective solutions for every challenge along the way. Would not want to have done it without them!
