I truly have never had such a hard time trying to get services done for my car. There is a significant lack of communication between departments and with customers. I don't believe there was anything malicious at play, but they caused way more stress than necessary. If you can get your service done somewhere else, do it, because it's truly not worth the trouble to get it done here.

In October, I bought a 2026 ROGUE at 1.9%. Five months later, they told me I had to switch to a credit union with a 6% interest rate. They had already approved everything and run my credit, and then suddenly they decided to change the terms. I traded in my car as part of the deal and also gave some cash. I bought my car over a month ago and it was sent into service ever since I have had poor communication for example I kept being told by someone that I would be called back and I never was I had to keep calling and over all the weeks that have passed just about a week ago I was told that the parts for the car were even though I was told the car was put into service 2 weeks prior to then and I was just recently told that the parts arrived but the parts were the wrong ones and was told it will most likely be and extra week unti... read more
