Steer clear of buying vehicles from this location. The communication is so poor, they sell vehicles without doing full inspections even though they say they do, they take no accountability for anything. Also if you ask for an inspection report to be printed they will read it to you and won’t actually allow you to have a copy, same with any maintenance done to the vehicle, no copies of any paperwork even if you ask. Liars and cheats. Told us that our cylinder failed the “compression test”. It didn’t fail. Then told us to get a “cylinder replacement” which isn’t a thing. They meant “fuel injector” but lied to make it sound worse. However after seeing competent mechanics, and then also telling us all the stories of this dealership and their attempt to rip off their loyal clients, it turns out we just needed our transmission fluid changed. The customer service staff in the repair department provided truly terrible assistance; I am deeply disappointed—particularly with the Spanish-speaking employee of Chilean nationality. Every time I come in to get my car washed, he tells me, "You can't use this," or "You can't use that." Today was the day I finally had to tell him, "This is the second time I've had to tell *you* that *you* can't do that." Absolutely horrendous service! My service provider DJ gave me attitude when I asked to save my oil filters and a little bit of the oil to send in for an oil analysis, had to fight with them to get it done... used the wrong oil, I asked for synthetic 5W-40 because I do a lot of heavy hauling and they put the absolute worst brand of 10w30 possible, which is not what I asked for! This service department is a joke

I truly have never had such a hard time trying to get services done for my car. There is a significant lack of communication between departments and with customers. I don't believe there was anything malicious at play, but they caused way more stress than necessary. If you can get your service done somewhere else, do it, because it's truly not worth the trouble to get it done here.
