This service department is awful. I'm not just angry. Here is why: 1. I took my car in several times for one issue that they continually were unable to identify the cause for. They always attempted the same tests and never tried anything new. So great job on a lack of creative problem solving. 2. I was constantly being gaslit and told there was no problem. I recently took my 2019 Nissan Titan to this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though I had the first appointment at 7 a.m., the service took until 8:45 a.m., which felt like a pretty long wait for a straightforward job. When I got home, I found a large puddle of oil on my brand-new driveway because the oil plug had been left hanging by its last thread. The used service manager, Dorean, is a joke. My car has been in the shop for almost a month after purchasing a car from this dealership. I haven't even driven my car off the lot yet. I have called more times than I can count and I’ve been told the same thing every time. That she wasn’t available and that they’d leave a message for her to call back.
