I recently took my 2019 Nissan Titan to this dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though I had the first appointment at 7 a.m., the service took until 8:45 a.m., which felt like a pretty long wait for a straightforward job. The used service manager, Dorean, is a joke. My car has been in the shop for almost a month after purchasing a car from this dealership. I haven't even driven my car off the lot yet. I have called more times than I can count and I’ve been told the same thing every time. That she wasn’t available and that they’d leave a message for her to call back.
