Service was slow, but the people there are friendly. They said that they would replace my passenger side license plate light since my car is only at 5k miles, but they didn’t. Good people, not so good service.
Hunter and Hose were both amazing helping me get my car. Both were very professional, pleasant and had great personalities. They even got my payments where I needed it to be.
Ross was great! Very helpful. I’ve decided to break with Nissan because of some concerns I’ve had with my vehicle but Ross at least made hearing bad news somewhat better than it could have been. I haven’t always lived the service I’ve received from Tim Dahle but Ross was exceptional. . I hope you keep him!
Honestly, this was the worst place I could have gone to buy a car. In December 2025, I went in to trade in my car. I was approved on the spot with a credit score of around 700. I was told I could sign everything that same day and that they would submit the paperwork within a week for my old car and the new auto loan.
