I came in before the new year to get a new full set and pedicure. I called a couple days before and made an appointment with Sonny; the only tech I’ve seen at this salon and I’ve been happy with. I arrived and they let me know he did not show up due to an emergency. I would have at the very least appreciated a phone call to let me know so I can decide to reschedule or see another tech. Dayli is an amazing nail tech! She is professional, talented, and pays incredible attention to detail. She always takes her time to make sure my nails look perfect, and they last beautifully. The atmosphere is welcoming, and she makes every appointment a great experience. I always leave feeling confident and loving my nails. I highly recommend Dayli to anyone looking for high-quality work and excellent customer service!
I love coming here and am never disappointed! Dayli did my pedicure, and as always, she did an amazing job. She is extremely patient, attentive, and makes sure every detail is perfect. I have done my nails here before and I liked them always but this time I paid $134. The shape and acrylic work look rushed and uneven, and I had to get them fixed elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend Cindy.
I had a bad experience, it was my daughter and I’s first time going, as I’ve booked the appointment the day before. The lady that did my daughter’s nails didn’t do them right. When we got home, her nail polish literally started to come off the same day, I was confused because, I asked for gel polish. I called the facility to inform them of my daughter’s nails, I was asked to come in and explain in person.
