Paid 180 for hands and feet. Nails didn’t last even two weeks for dipping powder. Outrageous prices for nails. Never coming back again. My pinky nail barely even held on. Take in mind I haven’t even worked out, I just did my daily routines. The feet massage was good. that I can’t complain about.
I think this establishment has gone downhill. I’ve been going there since they were at their previous location, but today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t know the gentleman’s name—Sonny believe—but he did a terrible job on both my feet and nails. He upcharged me for a spa pedicure but left out the stones. He was rough while filing my feet—it was actually painful—and he also hurt me while filing my nails. If I could give this zero stars I would. First, I had to wait 50 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. And then the lady who did my nails didn’t even cut my regular nails and left them and glued on acrylics and charged me $95 for that. Under my nails look horrible because she didn’t clean it or cut my regular nail before putting on an acrylic nail like everybody does, I didn’t notice until after she had already put them on and shaped them that she didn’t cut my regular nail. Taking star off because one of the nail tech who did the nail for me not gentle with my hand. Did not know or follow what I show on the picture. Not full-fill my nail all the way. This person did not know how to make a design at all. My reference is way off from what I got. It my fault that shy to speak up that I not like it. The place is clean and nice looking. Easy parking lot and clean restroom. I will go back and make sure I book with Cindy. I still trust this place just need to change the nail teach.
I found Tim Cindy nail bar while searching for a new salon to get my botched nails done. I made an appointment with Cindy for a take-off and a whole new full ombré set after having a not so good experience at a different nail salon. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The salon is beautiful, clean and had a great vibe. Cindy was super sweet and she made sure I was happy with my nails.
