I came in before the new year to get a new full set and pedicure. I called a couple days before and made an appointment with Sonny; the only tech I’ve seen at this salon and I’ve been happy with. I arrived and they let me know he did not show up due to an emergency. I would have at the very least appreciated a phone call to let me know so I can decide to reschedule or see another tech. I have done my nails here before and I liked them always but this time I paid $134. The shape and acrylic work look rushed and uneven, and I had to get them fixed elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend Cindy.
Tim and Cindy are both so sweet! They had both done my nails with Tim shaping them and Cindy painting them and they slay every time!! Cindy literally did the exact design that I wanted but better!! I’ve been coming here over a span of a few years now and they never disappoint!!
Kelly recently moved to this store and it is AMAZING! I was welcomed with a smile. Pedicure chairs were comfortable and they used disposable liners (that were ripped and tossed after) so I didn’t have to worry about cleanliness. Music was playing at just the right level. I was offered a drink at the beginning of my service and refilled during my service. When we moved to the manicures, the pampering continued. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I paid over $200 plus tip for my nails, and within just two days, one of my nails came off. I was out of town when it happened, so I called the salon on the fourth day once I’m back in town to have it repaired. To my surprise, I was told they would not fix it for free, despite having just paid such a significant amount. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
