I came in before the new year to get a new full set and pedicure. I called a couple days before and made an appointment with Sonny; the only tech I’ve seen at this salon and I’ve been happy with. I arrived and they let me know he did not show up due to an emergency. I would have at the very least appreciated a phone call to let me know so I can decide to reschedule or see another tech. I have done my nails here before and I liked them always but this time I paid $134. The shape and acrylic work look rushed and uneven, and I had to get them fixed elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend Cindy.
I had a bad experience, it was my daughter and I’s first time going, as I’ve booked the appointment the day before. The lady that did my daughter’s nails didn’t do them right. When we got home, her nail polish literally started to come off the same day, I was confused because, I asked for gel polish. I called the facility to inform them of my daughter’s nails, I was asked to come in and explain in person. Tim and Cindy’s Nail Bar is such a clean, beautiful, and well-organized salon. Everything runs so smoothly, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Dayli is amazing she’s very detail-oriented, gentle, and truly takes her time to make sure your nails come out perfect. She listens to what you want and always delivers. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’m very disappointed with the nails tech here. I took my mom there to get her acrylics nails removed and they were so rude to her. She asked to please not cut her her nails and the nail tech didn’t listen She also responded like oh I can do what I want. This place is unprofessional and theirs equipment is not clean
