Tim was exceptional to work with in the sale of our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to articulate all the aspects of the process in a clear way which was helpful. With every group of people that he interacted with he was friendly and helpful. Tim also was extremely prompt in answering any questions/concerns. His patience made the whole process really amicable.
