Tim was fantastic to work with as our buyer’s agent, especially as first-time homebuyers. He was patient, helpful, and always took the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. He helped us stay focused on our long-term goals while keeping us within budget, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We’re extremely happy with our new home and truly appreciate all his help. We would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy a home and would happily work with him again!

Tim was exceptional to work with in the sale of our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to articulate all the aspects of the process in a clear way which was helpful. With every group of people that he interacted with he was friendly and helpful. Tim also was extremely prompt in answering any questions/concerns. His patience made the whole process really amicable. To anyone looking to buy or sell a home, I would recommend Tim Chi with the highest recommendation.

Working with Tim was an amazing experience. He is prepared and knowledgeable about his craft. He answered every call or text we had quickly and accurately, even when he was briefly out of the country for a vacation. He is very professional and I would gladly work with him again.
