Tried to call my previous garage door repairman but he moved out of the area. Reliable was the first and only company I called based off his stellar reviews. Richard offered to come out that night, but I said it wasn't an emergency. He showed exactly on time at 8am the next day. Was able to fix the problem easily, but took his time to diagnose the cause of it to prevent future repairs. Very professional, personable, and fair pricing. He's now my go-to garage door guy!
I needed a couple of torsion springs replaced on a bit of a tight timeline and He offered the most competitive quote and was able to knock out the job in about 30 minutes. He also taught me more about how garage doors worked and made a recommendation for how I can extend the life of my garage door. Would definitely recommend
