I can't say enough good things about this family owned business. We started taking our cars to the Devonshire location years ago. Now we take our cars to Andy at the Worthington location. He has always been accommodating. We really appreciate the most recent visit when he had a loaner car available. Our car was delivered to my husband's work (which was very near by). Great service and very trustworthy.
Told me my brakes were metal to metal and car was unsafe to drive. Actually only half worn. Sensor wire was broken. Nice job service writing. This was their second chance. I asked them to do a repair a certain way and asked if there was any reason they couldn't do it. They assured me they could and then did something completely different. They won't get a third chance.
I'm from out of town and had a low tire on my way to my work meeting. I googled places and found I was near Tiltons. Not only were they super nice on the phone, they were amazing in person. They took care of me right away and fixed my tire that had a screw in it. To top it off, they didn't charge! Amazing people!!!
Incredible customer service on a Monday morning getting a pesky screw out of my tire and plugging the hole... So friendly! So quick! So easy! I am so thankful!!!
I was going to take my car to a national chain for some brake work because they had a location close to my office. But when their price seemed a little high, we did some comparison shopping & called Tiltons. I'm glad we did, because Tiltons fixed my car for almost $400 less -- about half the price of the national chain. And the guys there are SOOO helpful and polite. And they had all the work done in just a few hours. The waiting room is even extremely comfortable. Can't be happier with my experience! Tell your friends!
I cannot praise this company enough. They have done everything possible to make my experience with their company fantastic. Today what I thought was just my overheated car was actually a cracked radiator - they drove me home so my dog and I didn't have to wait at the office as well as made me feel like the most important customer they had today. Best service I have ever received by far!!
