Found a sheet metal screw in my tire today at work which caused a flat tire (ironically I had just got all new tires 2 weeks ago—frustrating!) I called Tilton’s and they sent a service truck to check it out. They refilled the tire with air and I drove it to their Worthington shop a mile down the road. They immediately took my car back, removed the screw and patched the tire while I was able to sit in their nice waiting room and work remotely. The customer service here is outstanding. I am from Kentucky and came to Ohio with my family to visit the Columbus Zoo. We discovered we had a flat tire outside our hotel. I am so glad Tiltons was the first tire repair shop to show up in search. Upon entering they were able to get my car in immediately. They were so courteous and helpful. They found the problem with my tire and had it fixed within minutes. We were able to get back on the road and headed to the zoo in record time. Thank you Tiltons for taking such great care yesterday to keep everything safe and sanitized during this time! Everyone had on masks and your mechanic, with disinfectant in hand, wiped off the car door handle before I got in!
We moved to the Columbus area 7 years ago, found Tilton's shortly after that...have not been disappointed. I usually do my own repairs but when I need help I turn to Andy and his crew. They are top notch and worth the money. Moreover they won't take advantage of those who know little about cars.....they will treat you right.
Tiltons is great! They are honest, dependable, and always get our vehicles in right away! When we were in a pinch they picked our vehicle up for us to make our repairs while we worked. Great company and excellent service!
Tilton's Auto Service: expert, honest, dependable, caring, trustworthy, considerate, fairest pricing around. Need I say more? I am fortunate to have found Tilton's a few months after I moved to Columbus in November 2018 and wouldn't take my beloved older Hyundai Elantra any place else!
