The most amazing birthday dinner. One of the most delightful meals of my life. Vegetarian tasting menu with wine pairing. Each mouthful a surprising delight. I have to forgive our waiter for one small thing because we're all human. Simply lovely.
A celiac's and vegan's delight! Cannot recommend Tilth highly enough! When I was diagnosed with celiacs disease over 2 years ago, my life, I thought, as a foodie ended. That is until Maria Hines' Tilth! A creative menu I could eat, and not ask to be changed due to my silly disease. Big fan! Just go.
