This company's website offers a $15 off coupon if you sign up for their offers. I did just that and received my coupon code with nothing on the email except a colorful background with the "welcome15" coupon code in the middle. I immediately tried to use the coupon and was notified of the ineligible code for the items in your cart. I looked at the email and saw no fine print anywhere with restrictions.
