His construction quality is fantastic. No plumbing issues, no electrical issues, minor hvac issues. Great builder, friendly, and easy to work with. The only issues we have with our house he built is a loud furnace with poor air flow was chosen but gets the job done. The other issues was the security system is non functional and the Kidde smoke detectors are very unreliable and go off when there is no fire almost weekly. Those issues are easy and cheap to fix otherwise.
