Edit.... This is the 3rd month in a row we have had a note directing tenants to go to another property to pay rent. This morning, I have watched the property manager come before 9am and change the time to return to 10am. At 10:21am the manager returned and left a hand written note on the office door, changed the return time to 9am, and immediately left. As a property manager myself I’ve never seen so many reviews not answered by the manager. These are supposed to be answered within hours!
The property manager is suppose to be Terica Scott, but she is NEVER in the office during the posted business hours. Every day there is a sign on the office door telling residents to contact a different property to pay rent or for an emergency. This has been going on for over a year now and there is a sign saying the office will be closed all week. I have lived here longer than Terica has been managing this property, and she has literally ran it into the ground. We pay for pest control that we have only received 3 times this... read more
They had my vehicle towed because there wasn't any open visitor parking to park and I wasn't even there for more than half a day visiting I had to pay 300 dollars to get my car back we will be pressing charges as well.
