Piss poor service. So called sales rep lied about submitting the application. When we called to inquire he said he hadn't heard from the lender. For three whole days? Really Sir? Okay. Never heard from him again. Went back to the shop to learn the vehicle had been sold. Stated that management sold the vehicle. Oh? You didn't tell them you were already working with a customer? Got it. Thanks for absolutely nothing Chaz. I'm certain Diane Satterfield expects more from her team. Will be making a formal complaint to the BBB.
Bought nice 2016 Nissn Versa, pleased until on way home noticed damage to hood. Took car back, this is going Tillman being recognized as Top Notch. Damage on white car in Sun difficult to see. I begged put in shade, then body guy noticed damage. After being told by Sales Manager, it's my fault for not pointing out damage, sir is this not your responsibility? Tilmann has agreed to repair more to follow..
