Hello Lauren,I am sorry you did not have time for us to change out the battery on our vehicle.The previous customers children turned every light on in the cabin they could reach and the battery was totally drained.Fortunately they returned and purchased the vehicle and they are totally satisfied with the transaction.We take all responses and try to make our dealership as efficient as possible and we feel that is the reason we are a A+ BBB dealer and seldom have any negative reviews.
