It use to be a great place to live. New owners bought it and cranked up the rent to unaffordable conditions. They seem to be quietly pushing out the people who have lived here for generations. At these prices might as well get an apartment. The rent is not worth it. KUB can get as high as 500 dollars in a trailer. So my bills are now over 1,000 dollars.
