They just increased the rent a 2nd time. It was increased last year in Aug telling us if we do repairs they wouldn’t raise the rent any more. I spent my entire savings oh most 10k to fix my home and now it’s being increased again in Sep. The lot rent is not affordable at all. It use to be a great place to live. New owners bought it and cranked up the rent to unaffordable conditions. They seem to be quietly pushing out the people who have lived here for generations. At these prices might as well get an apartment. The rent is not worth it. KUB can get as high as 500 dollars in a trailer. So my bills are now over 1,000 dollars.
