My experience over several months of tile buying was generally effortless! Being able to get samples meant that I could actually see the tiles that I was interested in and make informed choices. The online purchasing was easy, except when the system somehow decided that I wanted to pick up tiles, rather than get them delivered. The very helpful staff soon sorted this isue, which happened twice. Deliveries were well communicated and timely.
We received our first shipment of tiles completely shattered, but when I called TileCloud, their team was incredibly helpful and kind. They promptly sent replacement boxes, & all 4 boxes arrived in under a week! The tiles themselves are absolutely beautiful. We installed them ourselves, and although our kitchen isn’t finished yet, they’ve already become the best feature. We’re completely in love!
