Horrible! We ordered six boxes of tiles and a quarter of them from each box are actually usable. They were all crushed and broken!
The sample tiles came within the week and the full order the week after. Such a simple and easy process which made our tile job seamless. Tile product is beautiful aesthetically as well as great quality. Would recommend and would purchase again!
How can you have warranty but no data sheets to follow? Call them up and they are clueless about anything tile related.
Amazing experience with brilliant staff. We had no clue what we were doing but the help we received at tile cloud was amazing. They helped us design our dream bathroom - the tiles and tapware have just been installed and it looks amazing! Bathroom almost finished. Thank you tile cloud!
I did not receive a phone call 1 hr prior to delivery as communicated, I do love my tile though
