Update; I'm refreshing my review from many years ago as I had a job down this way. There is a new display room since I was here last which is a fantastic addition. Everything went smoothly and the staff were super helpful and lovely to deal with. And honestly for me as a small business owner, I always try and seek out other family run businesses instead of the big corps.I'd happily recommend to anyone. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Saved me a bundle on my diy job

Good selection of tiles, but nobody offered any assistance. The two staff members standing at the counter chatting asked us if we needed help as we opened the door to leave.
