Excellent staff, great range of tiles
I would like to give Isabel from Tile Warehouse Newcastle some really positive feedback. She helped me to source a feature tile in Brisbane which was above what was required of her. I am so happy to have found the tile as we are going to use it for our renovation of our bathroom. Isabel made phone calls and sent emails to ensure I could source the tile, despite that fact that her store would not be getting the sale and I live in Brisbane. Thank you so much Isabel!
Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of tiles we chose for our bathroom. It wasn't an easy choice as our building is 170yrs old and we wanted to style with that in mind. The porcelain tiles are a beautiful quality and they create a soft ambience. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable.
Great service and good products. I must commend them for being so pleasant to deal with, they went the extra mile for us. Its rare these days to find a business that have such good human to human interaction.
