If I could give no stars I would!!!! One month ago they took my mother’s money for new tiles that we were promised would be delivered in 5 days. After calling every day following up and being told that it’s the suppliers in Wagga that have the delay, we get an email today saying they have gone into administration. You are despicable and should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! To know you are in this situation and to continue taking people’s money!!!!
Tile Megamart has become insolvent (aka bust) as of early December. Their doors are locked and they aren't answering the phones. I bought weeks ago and was awaiting delivery - DO NOT BUY IN THEIR ONLINE SALES! (that aside, the staff the Rosebury showroom were wonderful when I went in to choose my tiles)
